Cheat Codes:

Press X and X and Y in the options to give you all tracks in the game.

Lake Side Course
In the Main Menu, press X and Y, then select any game to give you the fourth track.

Hyper Car Mode
When choosing your car, hold down X and press ENTER.
Lancia Stratos At the menu screen press: X, Y, Z, Y, X
Then at the car select screen pick the manual versions of the Delta and Celica and press DOWN. 

Ultimate Ghost Car
In Time Attack, when it asks you about laps hold X and Z and select 3 Laps.
This gives you the Ghost car that handles corners like a dream.

Mirror Mode
At the select game screen in Arcade mode hold down Y and press ENTER.

A Clear View
At every Car, Race and Mode select screens, hold down X and press A. 
This will remove the time and dashboard and leave you with a less cluttered view.
